Are you sure thats LEDs? Doesn't look like it from the video. Just sayn'.

I took apart the lens to get a shot of the LED's. Most of the lens has been designed to refract light so you cannot get a clear shot of the LED's. However, there is a portion of the lens that is clear that resides behinds the mirror's edge and it houses three LED's. Here is a shot of it from the front and the back. The lens has a total of 3 LED's across the large portion of the lens and then has three aligned vertically to illuminate the entire side.
