Default ABS & Battery Warning Lights Flicker

On my 2000 S over the last several months the ABS and battery warning lamps flicker when accelerating hard but go out when I lift off the throttle. First time I noticed was at a DE event at near red line RPMs. But over time the RPMs required for the lamps to illuminate has come down. Now in the 3000 - 4000 range. But only illuminate under hard acceleration. If I ease thru the RPM range they do not illuminate. Also have noticed that it seems to have something to do with how warmed up the car is. When cold the lamps flicker more and at lower RPM. Would appreciate any help! From what I have read in the threads sounds like it may be an alternator problem.

Based on other threads I read today took car to Autozone and batttery and alternator tested OK at least at idle
