Default Heated seat problem

01 Boxster S Passenger side heat works fine, drivers side not. when you press the power button the light goes off as fast as it goes on????

I have a 1998 Boxster with the same problem. Anybody have any suggestions?

There are several possibilities. The first thing I would check is the Control Unit Seat Heater (Relay) under the seat. You could swap the relay from the passenger seat since you know that works. You can also swap the switches from the passenger to the driver's seat to rule out a problem with the switch.
