Default GT3 RS Wing on 986 Boxster?

I know this may sound crazy, but I am wondering if it would be possible to mount a GT3 RS wing with the carbon blade on a 986 Boxster? I know there would definitely need to be some fabrication or custom brackets involved. How heavy is the wing? How far apart are the standoffs on the typical 996 decklid? I am wondering if I can A.) Use both the OEM standoffs and blade and make a custom way of attaching it to the rear spoiler, depending on weight and size restrictions, or B.) Use the OEM blade itself and make custom standoffs off the existing spoiler.

Wing is about 5#. Super light.

Be sure to balance out the rear with a bigger splitter at the front.

It seems like it would take a bit of fab work. That said, it would make sense to not use a GT3 RS blade in favor of something a lot cheaper.

To add my 2 cents - I don't think it would look very good.

Or I wonder if an existing GT3 decklid could be hacked up, maybe find one with slight damage, but no damage to the wing standoffs. Somehow resize this piece to make it fit within the existing boxster spoiler slot, thus making the blade a direct bolt on. Obviously, just thinking outside the box at this point. The project would not be cheap, but still trying to see if it is even doable and whether there would be true downforce benefits from the wing compared to the boxster's tiny little guy.

Think it would look wrong, especially on a soft top. I did see a cayman with a little wing on the back. Forgotten who makes the kit though, but it was a euro shop IIRC.

HERE ARE A FEW SPOILER WINGS THAT I WISH WERE AVAILABLE FOR THE 986 BOXSTERS. I BELIEVE THAT BESIDES THE DIFFERENCE IN RETRACTABLE SPOILER WING DESIGNS AND SIZES, THE TRUNK LIDS ON THE 986 AND 987 BOXSTER SEEM TO HAVE THE SAME CURVATURE, WIDTH AND LENGTH?

SWAN-NECK 718 GT4-RS / 992-GT3 STYLE SPOILER WING. THIS WILL FIT THE 986 BOXSTER AND IT'S VERY AFFORDABLE! IT'S 50" IN LENGTH/WIDTH AND ABOUT 9" DEEP/WIDTH.

987 Boxster/Cayman GT / RS style Spoiler Wing with Base

718 Spyder RS Ducktail Spoiler Wing

987 Boxster/Cayman Strosek -Style Ducktail Spoiler Wing

987 Boxster/Cayman Strosek -Style Ducktail Spoiler Wing
