Offset is too big for a Boxster.

Spacers are your friend...

We used 18MM on the rear and it was a very close fit with 285-35-18 R compound tires - but it worked...

Wouldn't you have to tie the e-brake line back as well if there are that offspec?

Yes, also tie the ebrake line back with a zip tie...

These BBS wheels really do fill up the Boxster wheel well and look great on this Porsche - and $1100 for good condition BBS wheels is a good price.

Good luck with the sell

Rod,

how'd it go for you running the 265's on the 10" rims?
I'm about to order new tires...thinking of moving off the ps2's to Dunlop Star Specs as my next set...intended for dd and track use.
running 8.5" / 10" kinesis k58's (18") on 01 boxster s lowered on eibach springs. the manufacturer says 265's will fit fine on 10" rims...I've been running 285/30 (and 225/40)....looking to get as 'square' as possible...don't think a 245/40 will work up front...I know a lot of guys do but it sure seems too tight to my eye...thinking 235/40 and 265/35?
