For normal driving when do you shift and for spirited driving when do you shift?

For me I take it to 4 thousand for normal spirited 5 to 5 1/2.

Spirited - red line or when the rev limiter kicks me back down

Taking it easy- 3k or so. When the engine's warmed up and I've got an open road in front of me? No sense having a car like this and not using the whole engine- I'm within a tic of the red line several times a day.

Under 4k until the car temp gauge starts to move. Then 5k ish.....then when it's up to 180 area,the redline is my limit.
