I only know of a couple of shops in East Central Fl (Melbourne). The Werkshop (ask for Dan) specializes in p-cars and Tamburr Motorcars (Owen) in pretty much anything European. I've used both and they do good work and are reasonable. Owen Tamburr is very detailed and methodical. Not the cheapest in town but takes extreme care if that's what you're looking for.

I've had very positive experience with Ron Zitza at Zotz Racing. http://www.zotzracing.com/

If you ever find the need to go to a dealer, fwiw, I've had no problems with Porsche of Orlando. They've always treated me right.

I've not had positive experiences with Zotz Garage, as this shop is owned by someone that bought it from Zitza a few yrs ago. Mentioning this just to clarify that you look for Zotz Racing not Zotz Garage.

I just went to EuroTech today in Winter Park to get an oil change and replace an underbody panel on the Boxster while my dad had a broken odometer in his Merc fixed. The guys who run the shop seemed really nice, as did the mechanics, and they didn't have a problem with us hanging around, watching them work, and asking questions.
