CHECK ENGINE Light on, Error Code PO505
Hi, Today check engine light turned on on my 99, i checked with my Code reader i get a error code P0505, which book shows ideal malfunction, anyone can tell me what should i look for, i don't see any difference in performance, Thank You. Vic

A standard code reader won't give you enough information. You should have a Porsche shop look at it. I assume you mean "idle" not ideal and there are several issues such as an air leak, bad air mass sensor, or bad air oil separator that can set a check engine light and not be noticeable in daily driving.
