Cool Selling my OEM GT3 Seats

SOLD!

Thanks for all the interests.

Selling my pair of OEM GT3 Leather Seats.

These are in great condition. (Leather conditioned with Lexol). Well taken care for. No wear or tears. Black leather with Porsche crest. Belt loops with 3M Invisible Bra to prevent belt burns.

These seats were Options for the ROW(Rest of the world) 996 GT3. Their railing will directly fit any 996, 997 & Boxster cars. For other models, will need Recaro or Brey Krause Rails.

Sorry for the lack of interest. Someone is really missing out!
I wish I would have stumbled onto someone like you when I was in the buying mode. Did you have your belt guides painted? Maybe that would be a nice upgrade in my interior.

If installing in a 997, what happens to the airbags that are in my current seats? would the airbag light go off?

Jet,
I think you should go for it! You know you like them already. Besides, with the silver belt loops, they would be a perfect match

On the 997, your airbag light will come on. When you remove them, you can have the light reset with the PIWIS. I would think that a mech that has a thorough knowledge of the PIWIS could maybe make the light not come on when on the 997, but I kinda doubt that .. miught be locked fo rthe US cars for the standard air bags.

Thansk for the kind words R2R. Im not in a hurry to sell them. They were hard to find and now that I have them, its hard to part ways with them. Great investments.

I did paint the belt loops. Also put on 3M invisible bra film to prevent belt burns.

You are more than welcome. The truth is the truth when it comes to these seats. I've only considered moving them from car to car when I move on to another P-car. I just love them

Don't know about the 997, but folks say it can be done on the 987, so I would assume. You probably have to sign a waiver. Try pinging 'Mooty' who has done it.

I love these seats.
