Default passanger window moves slow / stops on the way up

my passanger window has always moved a little slower than the drivers side but the last week it has been making a click on the way up (about 60% of the way up) and it backs up and stops there. the only way to put my window the whole way up is to hold the button up the entire time. no more one touch. I can still hear it click on the way up when it passes that spot. I know I may need a window regulator soon and I may open the door up to see what is going on.

I tried to "teach" the window to operate normally by putting the window down and holding the button for 10 seconds, then put the window up and hold up for 10 seconds. It still fails in that one spot.
ebay looks to be about 225 for the window regulator. anyone have leads on a better price?

I will check and see if I have the one out of my 97 should be the same part. If so you can have it for $75 plus shipping if that sounds fair.
