I have a '98 Boxster, Zenith Blue w/grey interior, that I bought two years ago. I do a lot of autocross (over 20 times a year, typically), and try to get out to the track whenever I can. Heading down to Watkins for my first DE there next month, should be exciting!
Some pics. Yes, I have pink track wheels, pink numbers and a pink helmet. I like them, and who says you can't be yourself while out driving.

Yeah, I've technically only been to 1 official DE at (used to be) NHIS. It was three days long.
I've done a lot of casual lapping days at Dunnville Autodrome in Dunnville, Canada... been out there like 6 times, and going again this Saturday.
I realize I need more official DEs, but that's why I'm signed up for Watkins next month. So shut it

Nice car... always good to see them put to proper use. Zenith is my favorite Porsche color, and is not all that common. Some very nice subtleties to that paint.

I just sent the picture with the pink wheels to my daughter. She's 14 but talks all the time about getting a Boxster or Carrera when she starts driving. The last paint scheme I heard of was pearl with pink racing stripes. She competes with horses now. So, I figure there may be a day that she actually gets a car out on a track.
Of course, she knows I'm not buying her a Porsche when she starts driving!!!!! But, she's always trying to figure out how to make money so she can. She won't raise the money in a year and a half. But I've kind of got a feeling she'll ultimately be buying fancier Porsches than I ever dreamed about.

That's awesome! It sounds like she is a very dedicated young woman, and we can always use more of those in the racing world
Unfortunately, it's surprising how many people are quick to judge me based on the car I drive, or something as silly as the color I chose for my wheels. I've had some pretty nasty things said to me, both to my face and when people didn't realize it was my car they were talking about. People love to think that it's my husband's car (I'm single) or that my parents bought it for me (I'm 25 and own two businesses). I've had people comment that I must be the slowest person at an autocross, because I'm compensating for something with flashy wheels.
No offense to the gentlemen out there, but after some macho guy talks a lot of trash about you/your car it's extremely satisfying to ride his rear bumper until he finally succumbs and gives you the point by. And you just smile while you and your pink wheels go rolling by. I'm sure we've almost all had a moment like that (but probably minus the pink wheels).
