Default Question for Boxster 5 speed owners- LSD?

Hey Everyone,

I just wanted to see what everyone's thought is here regarding the need of a LSD for the Boxster 5-speed? Are there a lot of people here that are looking for one? If I could offer one for say $1,695.00 plus shipping, for a true plate type, ramping LSD, how many people would be interested?

This is just a fact finding mission for the moment, but if I have enough people interested, it may become reality in short order.

Let me know as soon as you can please.

Thank you

Erik,
I would love to have one if we can get it approved for our Spec series. We are supposed to take a look @ this again @ the end of the season. We have 25-30 cars in the class right now & are growing quick. The cars would be much more enjoyable to drive if they didn't spin the inside tire in corners!

Eric I'll forward your post to Bill Bodine, head of the Spec Boxster series. He and I recently had a talk about diffs and now that PCA has come aboard it's probably a good time to revist the subject again. I strongly believe in the benefits of a good LSD and hopefully so will enough Spec Boxster drivers....

Alright I will continue to look into it then, I think that I can have these available and ready in short order, so I will keep you posted as to how things go. Feel free to contact me directly and if someone could give me contact information for Bill Bodine, I would certainly like the opportunity to discuss this with him, as well.

Thanks,
