Default Modifying the stock Boxster exhaust baffeling

If there is anyone here who has cut open the stock muffler and modifed the baffeling directly to get a sweeter sound (without any resonance issues,) I'd like to hear the details of what you did. Assuming of course that you are happy with the results.

I am thinking about doing something to my stock muffler along these lines.

I have made 1" mufler bypass pipes from both sides of the mufler to the tip and the sound is great. If you are interested in doing this let me know i might even have some pics somewhere around

Pedro on Porsche Pete's Boxster Board has made a great sounding bypass. He lives in Florida but will be up at the Boxster Summit in Blowing Rock, NC later this Spring. You might want to check him out.
