98Boxster

My interior fan stopped working and also my A/C. The fan is only on the very low setting no matter what is selected(fan on high, etc..). Any ideas why my fan and A/C would all of the sudden stop working? It is a 1998 Boxster. Only a small amount of air is coming through my vents.

Sometimes a piece of foam breaks loose and jams the fan or the vent door.
