I'm trying to get a realistic idea of the value of a 97' Boxster, One Owner, 14,000 Miles, Artic Silver, Boxster Red Leather Interior, Medium Options.

It is supposed to be in very nice condition with full dealer service history and will be a private party transaction.

I'm hearing that the market for used Boxsters is very soft at the moment, is that the opinion of the board?

This car is located in the midwest.

I picked up my '98 over New Years for $30K with 14K miles in mint condition. At the time that was about $2K under other deals I was seeing. Low mileage '97s (<20K miles) were hard to find, and the ones I did find were going for $29K and above. Good luck.
