Post Air bag switch - passenger side?

Does anyone know if the dealer can install a switch to turn off the air bag on the passenger side? Basically for carrying a car seat with 5yo if the needs arises?

My wife saw and drove a Boxster the other day at our annual PCA region picnic,,,so I'm looking.

Yes, the Porsche child seat, when installed by the dealer, disables the bag. Prices on the seats are about the same and there are two seats to choose from. Infant up to about 30 lbs, and 30 lbs up. Most Dealers will install for no charge if you buy the seat from them. Make sure you have this worked out with the service manger before you pay for the seat. If they resist, go to another dealer. It helps if some other work is being done to defray the cost. One more thing, ask for your seat track covers back in case you still have the car when the children are over 100 lbs. or when you sell it. The seat won't work with the covers on.
