I can't believe this hasn't been asked a bunch but I couldn't find anything with a search.
Where's the best/safest location to jack the car up to get two wheels off the ground at once with a floor jack? front and rear or both side wheels OK

Looks like you found the sweet spot. There is a device that sits on the jack and fits in the jack hole so you are assured of a safe up and down. I got mine from an outfit in Texas.

OK Thanks. I assume that's the standard jacking hole location and I just have to figure out how to use it without damaging it?

I use the rear jack point with a jack plate between the point and and jack itself. Lift both wheels and then place a jack stand under the front jack point and a jackstand under the left rear cross member. You can then go to the other side, duplicate the exercise and now all 4 wheels are off the ground.
