There is nothing quite like an Elise. I love my Boxster, but the Elise makes it feel dimwitted and sluggish. At the same time, it's not nearly as good of a daily driver and I would be afraid to park it some of the places I'll park the Boxster, because of the risk of damage if it gets lightly hit.

One day for sure I'll own one.

Parking always worries me, reguardless of what I am driving... So many jerks around.

Well maybe one day I'll own one too, but for now, I'll just lurk on the Lotus forums, and when the time is right I'll test drive one...

No, you would want a Matthew Braun driving if you want to see an Elise driven to the edge. I'm nowhere near that level of ability.

Hehehe, Well I never meant to sway you away from Porsches. I am also looking at those and other cars in that price range...

Doing lots of reading and some forum lurking, I hope to have narrowed down my choices by next spring.
