Post boxster front on a 968

bear with me a bit while i fantasize. i have a 968 cab, like the car but like the boxster headlights. clearly not just a swap, but got me to thinking about whether you could put the fenders, front, lights from a boxster on a 968. i guess you might need to do the hood too. Anyone know if the sizes and shapes are close enough, or where would you look to find out?

I doubt that there is two more different cars in Porsche's line up but if you try it, post pics! The bodies are completely different (there's a little problem of the location of the engine for one!) and, unless you're a very talented bodyman, you'd need to spend huge $$$ to modify the doors to accept the different shape of the fenders. I bet that just modifying the existing front end to house the Boxster headlights wouldn't be as big of a deal though... still, the 968 lights are cooler anyway!

With the right money, anything is possible. I'm just wondering if it would be wortrh it. Could look cool though.

Maybe there's a Photoshop expert here that could create one.

Maybe i could alter fiberglass or carbon fiber aftermarket parts for the 968. then there's the electrical work to do. like you said, anything can be done for the right amount of money. alas.
