Default Boxster keyless not working--think I found the problem, anyone know what this part is


The part with the arrow on it is cracked clean off at the base:



Anyone know what that is? It says 164 in big numbers, then some smaller ones I can't read. It's jammed under the battery tray and I won't get a better look until I unsolder it.
