Drive them both. If you have to have an S, wait for one with less miles and a warranty. Maybe there was something wrong with the S I drove, but I just didn't find that much difference for the kind of normal street driving that it sees. At least with the 2000 models. To me having the original warranty is worth a lot, I wouldn't buy one without some kind of warranty.
