Street Brake Pad Pole
#2
I use Pagid Blue and they generate less dust than OEM but the biggest strength is the added stopping power. They are great when you need to brake hard.
The only downside is that once in a while for very light braking they can squeal. My stock pads never squealed but since I removed the vibration dampers to put the pagids that might be the cause.
Anyway, very happy with the pagids I did one DE with them and they were amazing.

EBC Green Stuff. Very grippy when cold. No squealing on my Box, but some on our other car. Mintex Red Box don't squeal at all, work well cold, but dust a little more. You asked for street pads, so that's my answer. These are not hybrid street/track pads or track pads. Both are also dirt cheap. No one will agree with me, but a real nice setup is Mintex Red Box in the front and EBC Green in the rear. The higher friction in the rear will improve brake bias and both have similar operating temperatures. For the street, either are far better than OEM IMHO.

BHP friction materials have GG edge codes and Max operating temps of 1150 degrees F. GG edge code represents cold and hot Mu levels between .45-.55
BHP pads have similar friction levels and wear rates to the Pagid blues but are much quieter on the street.
Feel free to contact me to discuss.
Thanks and Regards
