I'm considering which OBD2 reader to buy. What is the concensus among the experienced folks on this board on which of the available OBD2 code readers is:
a) The cheapest good, usefull, code reader available
and....
b) The best (other than the mega buck Porsche system) and most versitile unit out there.

Why buy one, go down to your local auto parts store (Autozone, O-Reillys, Pep Boys, etc) and barrow one for free.
