I have a 1997 boxster and is out of warranty. I possibly have an RMS issue. So i'm wondering how much you guys (that's also out of warranty) paid to have RMS replaced in your boxster? Thanks!

...probably $500-800, BUT an RMS leak is not a serious issue. Let it leak and when you need a new clutch or have another reason to pull the trans....then do it.

If it is just drips on your garage floor....Fuggetaboutit!!

1200 to 1800 depending if you have a tip, that include an alignment.

The car is manual. Which one is considered to be more expensive to work with anyway. Thanks for your inputs.

THe triptronic, even the mechanics dont like working in it. Manual should be less, how much depends on where you take it.

Book time on the manual is about 9 hours. You will want to replace the clutch while you are in there. Of course it is about a $15 seal, and a couple of updated case bolts, plus the cost of the clutch.
