Default How much is it worth; Boxster 3.4 Conversion

Any thoughts on what it is worth.
1998 Boxster with 3.4L upgrade from Demanmotorsports.
3.4L was a reman engine purchased directly from Porsche.
Upgrade front brakes to 996 brakes.
PSS9's.
Chipped. Approx. 320 hp. (Dyno 260+ at rear wheels).

Original car had 13,000 miles. 5000 miles after conversion.
Sachs sport clutch.
18" Turbo Twist wheels (8.5" and 10" rear).
Artic Silver/Metropol Blue. Body Excellent condition.

Two drivers education days (I'm hooked). Rest of miles are street miles.
The car rocks.

Toasted my brother at the track in his NSX Zanardi (he is an instructor at Gingerman) - My brother didn't like it and went out and bought a Ferrari Challenge Stradale. My other brother has a Viper (I cought beat him through the turns but not on straights).

Thinking about Boxster S swap to 3.6L or Cayman S - with a later swap to 3.8L by Demanmotorsports.

Rick at Demanmotorsports would be available to discuss the car.

I cannot assist on the price. However, if you are thinking of getting a larger engine for your new project, get the 997S 3.8L.
I just finished tuning a 2002 BoxsterS with a 3.8L 997S engine. The toughest part was controlling the VarioCam Plus (easy for me now that I have done it ).
The car is wicked, not crazy powerful, just the correct fun ingredients.. It's a hoot to drive. I think it will be a VERY fast track car, just some suspension work. I have a 450rwhp, 2500# 951 and a 930, I'm thinking of getting me a Boxster to convert.

The car is very fast. The power is not "crazy", by which I mean it's very controlable.. Easy to drive around town, and when you get on it it does not overpower the chassis..
