engine intake pops when cold
hello I have a 2000 boxter, when Istart it when cold , I heard a poping sound thru
the engine intake, and the engine idle is anormal , when the engine warm up the sound gone and the engine revs happy. what can cause this??? tanks

I have heard a few light pops on my 986 (w/EVO intake) when cold. It happens infrequently and only right after I start it cold, so I am not worried about it.
