Default Boxster S Transmission problem

Hi All,

After a day of DE my 2001 Boxster S was unable to shift into 4th gear at all, and 3rd had some grinding. The linkages and bushings all looked correct. Any thoughts?

TIA

If it were any other transmission I would say the syncros are shot. Thats not something that can be fixed from the outside, major tear down. Your certain noting is amiss linkage wise. Is there any grinding or zinging noises?

Can you shift into 4th when standing still and the motor is off?

Can you shift into 4th when standing still with the motor running?
