Hi, I had an occasional problem with my 2.5 that is became recurrent. It's impossible to convert the top, on or off. For a convertible it is really disappointed! I have observed that it happened especially after the car has been exposed to the sun shine or when the engine is very warm.

To my mind it could be an electrical problem with a switch that disrupt when it is warm.

Anybody knows the fix for this problem?

The first place that I would look at is the handbrake switch.

 

Thanks a lot, it is exactly the hand-break switch !
