Oh, okay.....that's probably true. The numbers do seem to derease every year.

Get a used '03. It will have warranty, come at a good price, and have all the desireable features...

You will never regret it. Boxsters are really neat.

IMO, an '03 that is certified and clean is just too close in $$$ to a new 986. Particularly when you consider that the new '05's have more standard equipment for the same money and the base boxster is almost as powerful as the older "S" model.

Ray, awesome in red with those wheels. Can’t stop staring at the rear 3/4 view. Nothing beats the Boxster from this angle with the roll bars, vacant top and J Lo butt. I particularly like the design of the pre-03 bumper covers without the additional cuts.

Had my first 997 road sighting yesterday. Looks great in rear view with the added width... like the 996 S body. What is it about Porsches and their butts?

Thanks....it's actually an old picture. My car now has painted "bumperettes", a painted "Boxster" emblem, and Porsche "aerokit" sideskirts (also painted).

But I agree with you......ya gotta love the Boxster butt!
