I have had an eventfull weekend with the Boxster and my only crime trying to inflate the tyre!!!!It started on Sunday,you see I have the flush fitting valves,the flat dust cover that screws on to the valve was tight so I gave it a good turn which in turn loosened off the bolts holding the valve in the alloy and whooosh bye bye air.So I had to remove the wheel wait until the next day (Monday) and take it to a garage 30 miles away (only place open due to bank holiday)and get them to remove the tyre, tighten up the two bolts holding the valve on, replace the tyre and then I had to refit the wheel!.All this crazy hassle because of flush fitting valves,DUMP THEM in favour for standard valves,you have been warned.
