Tamara,

PCNA did nothing for me and said "Since you've only had this problem twice we don't consider it a big problem.". ( I am not joking.)

Contact your regional service rep...the person over all the dealers service managers in a given location. Mine was the person who actually convinced the dealer to pay for it.

Also research this failure on the web and compile and print all the examples you can find (start with me) to support your argument that its a Porsche defect therefore Porsche should pay!

Wow there are a lot of problems with Boxsters from 98-99. Where I come from (Kuwait) I never heard of such a problem. I'm just surpirised that Porsche hasn't admitted their mistake yet and recalled the cars. Just like the convertible top, my top is so messed up but I found a way around it.
