Wife's Boxster is here...
Since I got my Cayenne S this year I thought I would be nice and let my wife pick out her “Fun” car as ordered and it arrived today!
Boxster in Carmon Red Metallic with PSM, 17" Boxster II rims, Alarm, Heated Seats, Different Color Carpet, Upgraded Stereo, 6-disc Changer, Air Deflector, Xenon Headlights (a must), Cruise Control, etc...
Since this is my wife's car, and seeing that she doesn't even come close to pushing our 2003 Acura TL Type S, the savings of $8,000 over a similarly equipment "S" model is money not wasted (to answer why go with the standard model vice an "S" model). The base Boxster brakes, handles and is more than quick enough for the ole lady (and even for me) as this car is configured to be more of a “cruiser” vice the S’s “track monster”
Still in delivery trim, hope to have it serviced and in my wife’s hands this Saturday!
Thanks to everyone for all the help in making our choices with this car!
