Default Thoughts on this 2001 S with a rebuilt engine?

There's a local guy who rebuilds a lot of car and is selling this one:

Seller's Description

2001 Porsche Boxster S 6 spd manual… recent 68k mile 2003 engine.. while the engine was out I did the following..
IMS forced oiled system with barrel bearings, rear main seal, Air Oil Separator, water pump, spark plugs Bosch, spark plug tubes and seals, ignition coils, tensioner & idler pulley’s, serpentine belt, oil pressure sending unit, temp sensor, air filter, oil & filter, flywheel, clutch, pressure plate, throw out bearing, all new single use hardware, new transmission oil, cv shafts, cross drilled brakes and ceramic pads, H&R lowering springs, Bilstein shocks, BBS 18 inch staggered rims, Kenwood double din deck with wireless apple car play and Android auto.. the paint is in excellent condition no chips or scratches.. super shiny.. interior is an 8/10.. no dents or dings on body.. new suspension bushings and sway bar end links front and back… all done at the sametime..you are literally buying a sorted car.. the body has 143k miles on it but everything else is much newer or brand

Asking price is 16.5K. Is it worth it since many items were refurbished.

Depends on what color it is.

Seems like a well-sorted car.

Thought you couldn’t put a 3-chain motor in a 5-chain car
