Default Wheel fitment question

Hi Guys

Does anyone know whether 18 x 8 ET50 and 18 x 10 ET47 would fit a 2.7 and if so would any changes be required?

Thanks in advance

Hello Marti,
On my car I use 18 x 8 ET 50 in the front and 18 x 10 ET 40 in the back. and I'm OK

It means that with ET 47, you will be 7mm more in the inside than me !
Depending on your tire size, with ET 47 rims, you may have the inside of the tires touching the suspension

An easy fix would be to have spacers on the rear. 10mm should do the job. (be sure your lugs are long enough when you use spacers.)

Would be good to have another Boxster guy ringing in with the experience of 18 x 10 ET 47 to have a second opinion !

I have a Porsche Tequipment book that came with my 2000 986 and it lists a Turbo Look II and SportTechno wheel in those exact specs.
Based on that I'd say that you should have no problem with those.
