Update to the leaky coolant. So it ends up on the ground, where could it be leaking from? I'm picking up a pressure test kit today but was wondering what these pictures could tell

Someone could have driven it with the bleeder open and didn’t wipe the residue or the coolant cap leaked. The caps fail often enough I carry one with me.

Just noticed in your photos that you have the old .01 Cap. That is the first thing to check/replace. They are known to fail, the newest cap is the .04
