Successfully printed the adapters in post #7 of this thread, they worked very well. I did have to cut the mounting tabs off the new speakers, cut them close to flush with one and had to glue it into the adapter ring. On the other side I only trimmed enough to barely fit into the ring, and was able to sandwich the speaker between the adapter and the factory grill. I shouldn't have to replace them for many years, so the glue doesn't worry me.

Used Infinity Reference 4032 speakers, I've yet to be disappointed with anything they make.
