they are easier to take off than to put on..
BUT I found it best to put one in the front trunk and the other in the back to avoid possible damage..
..not sure what other do.
I also found I don't use them that often because of the extra time involved.

Drifting
I have had them for about 4 years. I can get them off in a minute - faster if it has started to rain.
Both sections store in an empty rear trunk. My trunk is never empty so I stick them in the passenger side if it starts to rain when they are on.

The speedster humps that i put on my car rubbed a little when puting them on in the rear but an easy way to fix that and stop scratches is to go out and buy some velcro at your local store and put a small piece of the soft velcro on the under side of the very rear of the speedster humps....
also another tip if you have both trunks full, its sometimes better to leave them at home
