Default Soft top replacement arms

Hey folks, got 2 broken soft top rods/arms and have been using my soft top manually. Bought the car this way and after realizing the rods were broken, I unplugged the connector in the dash for the top to not risk the broken rod piercing the foam tray.

Now that I have some time for it, trying to replace the pair of arms. Just curious if anyone knows if the 987 arms fit our 986 version? Partsgeek.com has a cheap pair of 2005-2006 top arms that I could've used if it works... Link here: https://www.partsgeek.com/gbproducts...UaAsFbEALw_wcB

For clarification it's's not the plastic cap that broke. Seemed like it the threaded part of the steel snapped off (rust, perhaps?) so I can't just buy a replacement pair of caps for it. Thanks!

On the Pelican site the part numbers are different for 986 and 987 so I would assume the parts are not interchangeable. But that's just my assumption.

Assuming you're in the US... $110 shipped. For the pair. PM me if you're interested.

Ah hmm, yeah was hoping the 987 and 986's are compatible with each other.
