Default Drove a 2000 boxster today

I was close to buying one on the PCA marketplace from out of town. Drove a similar year and found it too small compared to the 987 generation I had driven before. I thought both cars were about the same in size, but the newer gen 987 seems to be wider and an inch or two longer.

So its sad. Had a great used car lined up. And talked with the seller quite a bit. Hope I did not waste too much of his time.

The 987 is bigger & more comfortable inside to many but I prefer my 2000 986, it fit's me (5'10") 175 lbs. perfectly. I like to feel "at one with the car".
