Arrow 1999 Boxster cooling issue

Hello, I can use any help that is out there on this cooling issue. 1999 Boxster base model 2.5L. 109,000 miles. Before I got the car The Independent "Porsche specialty shop" changed the radiators , water pump, belt and coolant. (all verified)
could not solve the problem. The coolant bottle was burst open when I got it. I boiled the thermostat to 212F and it was stuck closed. New 160 thermostat installed. new coolant. while test driving to clear the codes, the temp at 180 after 25 minutes
and blew coolant out of the two drain tubes located in front of the rear tires ( under the plastic covers) the car did not overheat and it took about 3/4 gallon to top off. Drove 1 mile home , all okay no issues, Temp never went over 185, put a pressure tester on up to 15 lbs. and it held for 30 minutes. was still at 5lbs after 12 hours. The bleeder valve may have let the pressure leak down. The oil is clean, no milkshake. any ideas would be welcome, the Bentley manual does not show these drain tubes.

The water is not coming from The new bottle, I poured water on the new bottle and the water drains in a different place.
