Have a 2000 986 2.7 tiptronic. Getting P1340. From what I have been able to find I should get 5v between pins 1 & 3 with key on and 0v between 2 & 3 with the key off. If I get 12v with the key on that means there is a wire issue or an issue with the DME. Is that correct? With the key offI see the video below between pins 2 & 3:

At this point I am acutually hoping it is the dme and not wiring. The car does start & run, although it idles rough. Once I get it out it drives fine with the rough idle.
