Where is the tow hooklocated? I didn't find it in the foam jack carrier. TIA

Commonly lost or misplaced. A new OEM one is about $40 on eBay.

My 2002 came with a heavy vinyl tool kit with ties and the kit had room for the lug wrench and other tools (which I can't recall now) and a pouch for the tow eye.

My 03 has it in the tool pouch with the lug wrench and some wrenches, along with the wheel to hub alinement tool.

As mentioned, check with the tools not the Jack. That's where I found mine.
