Nav Clock wrong time 2007 Boxster

Nav Clock wrong time 2007 Boxster
I had a dead battery and it eventually got replaced. Here is what is troubling me:
1) I haven't seen this anywhere ---- My NAV clock is wrong. The hours will match with PCM clock, but it always off several minutes. I have driven around for an hour in a good satellite area, even using the Navigation. Still time problem.
2) This seems more common --- I cannot set the date on my PCM. When I go to Date/Time it allows me to set the FORMAT but not the date time.
Any suggestions?
