Default Break-in oil for OEM engine

I have a new OEM 2.7L that I'm putting in my 986. It's been sitting around in a warehouse for a long time so I plan to drain whatever oil is in it. Does Porsche do any break-in of the engines in the factory? If not I'm assuming that good practice would be to use a break-in oil.

Thanks. I contacted LN and Charles Navarro responded personally and gave detailed recommendations.
