Had my top replaced. Now the radio does not come on at all. There is a red flashing led light blinking. Is there a way to reset it? Or find out which fuse is for the radio?

I see you have a 2007. I don't think the 2007 models have a need of a radio code. Check the owners manual though in the section on removing/replacing the battery to see if there is a radio code retrieval step required *before* the battery is disconnected.

Also, consider taking the car back to where the top was replaced.
