I don't think anyone will argue victoracers will be quicker for autocross, but I'd like to hear from anyone who has tried both on how much quicker.

Unfortunately haven't had opportunity to run each tire back-to-back at the same autocross but the Kuhmos are definitely stickier. Dry lap times at Road Atlanta are ~3-4 seconds slower on A032Rs. Still the Yokos are great tire - especially for wet track situations.

Victoracers all the way. I deal with the Kumho Tire Canada President directly through my motorsport club and they brought out the new V710 race tire and debuted it at our Kumho Super Challenge event. The development engineer also had a presentation about the differences in car setup required between the V700 Victoracer and the V70 Ecsta race tires. Very interesting stuff. You can probably read the text at www.vcmc.ca and going through the forums, it was quite recent. We also have pics up of the V710 coming out next year (basically a hoosier killer).
