We had AX #2 this past Sunday. AX #1 was a month ago!

We had some issues with the venue for #2... we were supposed to be at ECC, then a couple weeks ago they sent Cheryl a letter saying, "We're canceling our contract. Sorry about any inconvenience." So we had to scramble with less than 4 weeks and Milwaukee PCA stepped up and offered to host us at Millerwaukee. The ECC contract cancellation is with Big Mac now.

So far the new rules have worked out REALLY well. The classes are a LOT more competitive, we've had different winners each time, and I've had ZERO complaints so far (which is rare!) Some classes this past weekend had victories of under a tenth of a second.

Oh and no more Tony. He is done.

Bummer about ECC! Sounds like the miata and vw clubs are killing the auto-x venues (insert dance music and post-event drifting here) up in Chicago. Hopefully big Mac can pull his legal magic to give you the chance to show them you'll be respectful. I also saw some of his photos.. Look good! Hope you guys got to tie one on Saturday night as well.

Bum news about tony, too. Going to miss him whooping up on everyone!

By the way, judging by the new rules, I assume you have 140 treadwear???

Nothing that comes in a 140 is available in the staggered sizes I need.
