911 SC Steering wheel question.

After driving 928s for years, I recently purchased a 911 SC set up for autocross. The car is very healthy, and is a great driver. I am spending some free time behind the wheel, getting used to the car, but I have a problem. I have short arms and long legs. Today, as I was coming around some tight fast bends I realized that this was a problem, and had to lean into the wheel.

Anybody else have this problem ? I was thinking of a momo 07, but I can't gauge how much closer it will be from stock. Any input will be greatly appreciated.

My buddy had this same problem with his SC. He went with a removable Momo and it solved the problem for him.

I think you have the options for how long the hub is as well. I think he bought a longer than standard hub.

Pelican sells a spacer (billet) for the Momo..I bought that and a Momo Competition for my SC, and haven't looked back! Much more room now to turn the wheel, and the wheel is now perfectly placed with my arms.
