Default Sunroof camera

I'm thinking about picking up an extra sunroof for the 944's and mounting a camera on it. Anyone have experience with this? I can pickup a sunroof for around $30 and it seems like an inexpensive and simple approach.

What do ya think?

Hank

Nice shots, but seems like you could do the same thing with just a basic videocamera. What am I missing?

Hank: A used sunroof for $30 sounds like an excellent camera mount to me, assuming it's a waterproof camera, of course.

Roger on the waterproof camera, I have yet to run in the rain. Then again I've only ever run about 12 events so far and it is pretty dry out here. Lot's of wind blowing over the cones though.
