I'll be going to Gainsville on Sept. 30th for the auto-x there in the slant.

I've got V700's on the slant as my street tire.
They suck in the rain, but on the new black asphalt they stick like stink!

Hey KB, where can I pre-register and what time are you leaving for Gainsville?

Are there any others leaving Sat. AM? If so, what time and where do you all want to GTG?

I really want to drive up that friday, but there is a game that weekend and the closest available (reasonably priced) rooms are in Ocala.
So, I'm in east orange and plan on hitting the road no later than 5:30am and hope I do not hit any traffic. I'll be towing my tire trailer so I will not be exceeding the speed limit but much (not that I ever do usually of course).

 

The G-ville event was fun, only got in three comp runs though. We had some difficulties with novices going off course, not good when there is a cross over point on the course! So the first heat took twice as long as it should have.

If you did not know, there is a PCA autocross at the Lake County Sherifs/Tech Center this Saturday. Pretty sure I'm going. And yes I'll be in the P-car not my usual autox car. I have a new set of PS2's on the rear that need to be umm..."anointed."
